The West Coast Event And Balloon Arts Convention is July 8-10, 2011 in Orange County, California USA. It was great in 2009 and promises to be great again in 2011!. There are many terrific classes and instructors including a class an advanced Rouse Matrix in the afternoon of the 9th with Dale Moore, CRA, CBA.
